These terms cover your use of LaJugada on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The product

LaJugada is a pub trivia game: timed rounds, local scores, and a learn review for misses. It is entertainment. It is not gambling, not a sportsbook, and not a contest for real-world prizes. No money moves through the app.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for how you use the app at a table and for the device passcode if scores should stay private.
• Do not treat a table rating or a round score as a stake, a debt, or a prize.
• Trivia questions are for play. They are not professional advice.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may, and you may not copy it as a competing product.

Price

The app is free. This version has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that every question, timer, or score will be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for disputes at the table or for lost data on your device.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may stop offering the app through the App Store.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the App Store region where you downloaded the app, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
