LaJugada

Privacy Policy

Effective 16 August 2026

LaJugada (“the app”) is a local iPhone trivia game for one shared phone. This page describes what the app does with information on your device.

What we collect

The app does not create user accounts and does not send quiz data to our servers. We do not operate a backend for this product.

Pack progress, answers, round results, and stats stay in the app’s local store on that iPhone (SwiftData). A small onboarding flag is stored in UserDefaults so the intro pages do not repeat.

The app does not access the camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, or location. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. App Tracking Transparency is not used. We do not sell personal information. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising.

What leaves the phone

Opening Privacy or Terms in Settings loads this website in Safari. That request goes to the host serving these pages (Cloudflare Pages). We do not use that visit to identify you inside the app.

Children

The app is a pub trivia game, not directed at children under 13. Do not enter someone else’s personal data that you do not have a right to keep on the phone.

Deleting data

Settings → Delete All Data removes the local quiz store (runs, scores, and related records) and returns the intro screens. Uninstalling the app also removes the local store.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you have read the new text.
